We will provide you your audio file in MP3 and WAV Trackouts (depending on your level of Membership). You will be provided a link to download your file via DropBox once your track is completed.

All tracks are owned by BeatCratez and are leased by the Member. However, each Track is uniquely-built for you, based on your specifications. You are open to use your tracks as you desire.

No. We do not offer free trials. All of our custom tracks are produced by professionals. And professionals cost money.

Your credit card will be charged when you first sign-up for a membership, as well as monthly (on the same date as you opened your membership) for the duration of your membership. For example, if you created your membership on April 15th, then your card will be charged on April 15th and May 15th and so-on and so-forth for the duration of your membership.

If you wish to cancel your membership, please email us directly at memberships@beatcratez.com or click here. You must alert us of your cancellation at least 2 business days prior to when your card is set to be charged for your monthly membership.

Yes. If we understand your request we will do our best to accommodate. But if we can't make sense of your track request, then we will let you know.

We do not offer refunds.

If you cancel your membership to BeatCratez, you will still have access to use your credits for the remainder of the Billing Cycle. Once the Billing Cycle ends, you will no longer have access to your account.

Yes. As long as you have an active Membership, your unused BeatCratez Credits will roll over.
